NIA on Tuesday made it clear that its charge sheet in the Samjhauta train impact was last and the organization had found no connections of Pakistan-based Lashkar-e-Taiba dread gathering to the 2007 occurrence in which 68 individuals, including Indians and Pakistanis were killed.
The counter fear test office said reports showing up in the media that the organization would approach the Special Court in Panchkula with an appraisal report of US offices guaranteeing the bombarding was the craftsmanship of LeT was not right. “We don’t have any such report and NIA charge sheet for the situation is last. There is no adjustment in it,” sources in the organization said.
NIA has recorded charge sheet against eight individuals including Naba Kumar Sarkar false name Swami Aseemanand, Sunil Joshi (perished), Ram Chandra Kalsangra, Sandeep Dange and Amit (slipping off), Lokesh Sharma, Kamal Chauhan and Rajender Choudhary for the situation which is under trial.
